IN CONSIDERATION OF THE SALE OF PRODUCT TO PURCHASER, WHICH SALES WE WOULD NOT OTHERWISE MAKE, PURCHASER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD US HARMLESS FROM ALL CLAIMS, EXPENSES, LOSSES AND LIABILITY OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF PURCHASER'S HANDLING AND/OR USE OF PRODUCT, WHETHER USED ALONE OR IN COMBINATION WITH ANY OTHER  SUBSTANCE.

 

USE OF PRODUCTS:

Suppliers products are intended primarily for research purposes and, unless otherwise stated on product labels, in supplier literature furnished to Buyer, are not to be used for any other purposes, including but not limited to, in vitro diagnostic purposes, in foods, drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics for humans or animals or for commercial purposes. Buyer acknowledges that the products have not been tested by supplier for safety and efficacy in food, drug, and medical device, cosmetic, commercial or any other use. Buyer expressly represents and warrants to supplier that Buyer will properly test, use, manufacture and market any products purchased from supplier and/or materials produced with products purchased from supplier in accordance with the practices of reasonable person who is an expert in the field and in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, now and hereinafter enacted. Buyer further warrants to supplier that any material produced with products from supplier shall not be adulterated or misbranded or be introduced into interstate commerce.

No statements made on this page have been evaluated by the Bundesministerium für Gesundheit (BMG) or the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). Buyer realizes that, since suppliers products are, unless otherwise stated, intended primarily for research purposes, they may not be be bound by local theraputic compliance laws. Buyer assumes responsibility to assure that the products purchased from supplier are approved for use by the Bundesministerium für Gesundheit (BMG) or the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), if applicable (country of buyer).

Buyer has the responsibility to verify the hazards and to conduct any further research necessary to learn the hazards involved in using products purchased from supplier. Buyer also has the duty to warn Buyer's customers and any auxiliary personnel (such as freight handlers, etc.) of any risks involved in using or handling the products. Buyer agrees to comply with instructions, if any, furnished by supplier relating to the use of the products and not misuse of the products in any manner. If the products purchased from supplier are to be repackaged, relabeled or used as starting material or components of other products, Buyer will verify supplier assay of the products. No products purchased from supplier shall, unless otherwise stated, be considered to be foods, drugs, medical devices or cosmetics.

If, within 90 days of paying for product purchased from www.auslabs.shop, you notify us in writing that the product is not suitable for the purpose for which you purchased it, or you have not received the desired results from a product, we will email to you a Refund Form.

You must complete and sign the Refund Form, and return it - together with photocopies of appropriate identification documents (Government Issued ID) - to us by email to admin@auslabs.email within 7 days of the date of issue of the Refund Form.

The Refund Form includes a legal declaration that you have purchased a product from us and that is in your possession and control (as we require you to send batch numbers for investigation), and a legal undertaking that you will not in any event defame, slander or otherwise make false statements regarding SARMS GLOBAL S.A GERMANY. You are entitled to free speech and any truthful review or statement in any form is your given right and is not covered by this legal declaration.

Within 14 days of receipt of a duly completed Refund Form and satisfactory identification evidence (matching the registered user information held on our website database) we will usually authorise a refund of the full amount paid for the relevant product/products.

In order to avoid abuse, this guarantee is subject to the following limitation: the rights under this guarantee may only be exercised by a customer in relation to one purchase in a financial year.

Interstate Commerce:

Unless otherwise stated, all orders are sent from a warehouse located within the purchasing customer's state of delivery. Interstate shipping is strictly prohibited. If your state is not available at checkout we are unable to ship to your location.
